Pricing Workshops

This immensely successful full day programme is implemented by Richard in your offices or a local venue of your choosing. The workshop represents a serious commitment by firms to making deep seated changes to the whole way that firms develop and implement their pricing strategies.
The workshops are attended by all fee earners within the firm (consultants, partners, solicitors and legal executives). It is an intensive and "full on" day but one which all participants come away from stimulated, rejuvenated and with the knowledge, the tools and most importantly the confidence to implement changes with immediate tangible benefits.

THE GUARANTEE
Firms need to be able to satisfy themselves that our input and the proposed cost are justified. There are a number of yardsticks by which this can be measured but we are realistic enough to know that the only one that anyone is really interested in is the "bottom line".
We know from working with other firms that what we preach works - so much so that we have developed the following payment structure which puts half our fee at risk:
(a) nothing is payable in advance or on account, contrary to what most consultants require
(b) half of the fee and all disbursements are payable seven days after the full day Workshop. Experience has shown that virtually all firms recover most if not the full cost of the consultancy either during the Workshop or within a few days of it, just in the course of discussing files that have yet to be billed. (c) the other half of the fee is not required to be paid until two months after the Workshop is completed. If at the end of that two months you have implemented all the recommendations, but you still do not consider that you have increased your billings and generally received more than the cost of the Programme in value (improvement of the bottom line), we are happy to accept such lesser amount as you think appropriate. If you don't think that you have had any benefit at all then the remainder of the fee will be waived in its entirety. There aren't too many businesses that are prepared to take that risk - we are.
