Future surveys will continue to be determined in part by our perception of the profession's needs at any particular point in time and partly by feedback and requests from colleagues. It is simply not possible to survey every conceivable area of legal practice and some aspects are relatively niche.
Due to the inevitably small number of likely participants, the results could not be regarded as particularly robust from a statistical analysis perspective. That said, no practitioner who feels there is a need for some fee benchmarking work in their particular field, should hesitate to make contact with us.
Between now and the end of the year, we hope to complete at least one further survey which will be on Relationship Property Agreements under Sections 21 and 21A of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976 and the incidental legal work associated with separation.
