- settlement of potential relationship property by one spouse on a trust,
- economic disparity adjustments,
- independent advice,
- protection and occupation orders,
- care arrangements for children,
- removal of children from New Zealand (Hague Convention) (an optional question you can skip if not involved in this work)

The survey closes 5pm Friday 30th July 2010 (extended by request from the previous deadline of 16 July).
